Pathologic Exam : The mass sent to the laboratory had the following histopathological changes : Extensive hyperplasia of the epithelial cells of the mammary acini with necrotic centers(limited to the lobules and non-invasive ). proliferation of inflammatory cells ,especially lymphocytes and macrophages congestion of blood vessels and hemorrhage in various areas . plemorphism and mitotic figures were rare.
